Support global tax processes, including tax planning, structuring, intercompany arrangements, transactions (M&A), tax incentives, and tax audits Assist in the examination and implementation of the Soda. Stream Group transfer pricing policy, including OECD / BEPS initiatives Perform transfer pricing calculations, year‑end adjustments, mark‑ups, and analytical support Support the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax‑related reports to Pepsi.
Co Provide ongoing tax advisory support to Soda. Stream markets worldwide Assist with intercompany agreements, recharge and chargeback mechanisms Support day‑to‑day global direct and indirect tax matters Coordinate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders globally Monitor changes in local and international tax legislation and assess their potential impact Support compliance with Soda.
