Job description
We are seeking a skilled engineer to be a part of our global AI First Corporate Support team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune MDM Management, Windows Power. Shell, Python or other scripting, and Mac OS management. This individual will be responsible for delivering our Corporate Support services including administration, configuration, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across both Windows and Mac platforms.
This person will be involved in helping automate aspects of our service delivery using AI tools like Claude Code.
