Payroll Project Manager

The Payroll Project Manager is responsible for leading payroll-related projects that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and compliance across the organization. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, this role serves as the business lead for payroll process improvements, acquisitions, organizational changes, and payroll system enhancements.

The position partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and IT to support growth initiatives and ensure payroll operations remain aligned with organizational objectives.
