Position: Snr Business Analyst Financial Systems

• Senior Levels Location: Luxembourg (On-site) Daily Rate: €325–€425/day based on experience. Slots for: Intermediate Level x 4 Slots for Senior Level: x 5 Contract Type: Time & Materials Start Date: 1 January 2025 Application Deadlines: ASAP Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications. Support the implementation of IT projects by coordinating with developers, testers, and project managers. Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements. Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives. Skills and Tools Core Skills: Business process modeling, requirement gathering, stakeholder management. Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, Visio. Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Experience in enterprise IT project implementations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Requirements

7+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments. Skills: Expertise in process modeling, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies. Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise IT systems.
