IT Asset Management Hardware Analyst

Our ITAM Hardware Analyst serves as the primary Discovery and CMDB Administrator, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of IT infrastructure data. Our Analyst configures and maintains automated discovery tools, such as Service. Now ITOM, to populate and support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

They oversee hardware and software lifecycle data quality, supports ITIL processes, and tracks approved hardware models to uphold IT standards. Additionally, this position administers the application-layer maintenance of servers used by the ITAM Program, including Service. Now Discovery Mid Servers. This ITAM Hardware Analyst provides teams with real-time inventory, portfolio, security, and compliance data essential to internal operations and government contract requirements.
