Paint Cell Operator- 3rd, Weekend Shift

What You’ll Do: As a Paint Cell Operator, you’ll be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing parts with precision and care. Your tasks will include: Cleaning and masking parts to protect areas from overspray during blasting, peening, or painting Grit blasting components to clean or prepare surfaces for coating Applying dry film lubricants and paints to hardware using proper techniques Unmasking and cleaning parts after coating to prepare for shipment or the next operation Following technical drawings, blueprints, and process instructions Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area Supporting other production tasks as needed What We’re Looking For: 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug screening Must be a U.

Person under ITAR/EAR regulations (must provide one of the following: valid U.S. passport, birth certificate, permanent resident card, or naturalization certificate) Available to work one of the following shifts.
