Thermal Spray Operator - 2nd Shift

SUMMARY: Applies thermal spray coatings to parts according to specifications, following process planning. He/she may also perform support operations that may include any, some, or all of the support tasks such as Mask/Deburr, Grit Blast/Glass Bead, Cleanup/Unmask, Ship/Receive, Inspect and Part Marking. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply the required coating materials to parts in accordance with process planning.

Perform basic preventive maintenance on spray and material feed equipment. Follow work instructions from applicable process planning (technical plans, drawings, planning, or procedures). Perform other tasks as assigned. Ability to work 2nd shift hours.

EDUCATION

& EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED. Experience in manufacturing a plus. Training will be provided. Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR and the company's export control procedures. Welding experience a plus.
