Samaritan is searching for an Ultrasound Tech to join our team! This position is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a safe and prudent manner for the specific purpose of producing a high-quality diagnostic exam. Performs general abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts ultrasound exams, venous, and carotid Doppler.
Follows appropriate guidelines for exams, patient needs, and confidentiality, QC/QI and archiving. The individual in the position reports to the Imaging Director. This position works closely with the Imaging team and other departments in order to provide complete patient care. This is a per diem position working variable shifts and days.
