The pediatric dentist’s role is to serve as an in-house specialist providing dental care to young patients ages 0–5 who would otherwise be referred outside of the clinic. The position focuses on delivering specialized pediatric dental services and collaborating closely with the Community Dental Home Coordinator (CDHC) to support the clinic’s oral health goals for pediatric patients.
