Human Resources Manager

Elevate is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join its Burlington manufacturing operation in Raeford, NC.  As Human Resources Manager you will participate as a member of the management team and will be responsible for leading all human resources initiatives including employee engagement and retention, recruiting, training and development, benefit administration, employee relations, compensation administration, safety and other areas as it relates to supporting and developing employees.
