Job description
Elevate Textiles is seeking a Plant Accountant to support its Raeford manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Plant Controller, this position serves as the primary day-to-day finance representative for the plant by partnering closely with operations to provide accounting support, manufacturing cost analysis, operational insight, and financial reporting.
This role plays a key part in connecting financial performance with manufacturing operations by analyzing production performance, investigating variances, monitoring inventory and labor performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and regular engagement within the manufacturing environment.
