Residential Supervisor

Residential Supervisor Location: Silver Lake, IN Pay: $22.07 per hour Job Summary: Role: Oversee the daily operations of a residential group home, including supervision of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Objective: Provide support and supervision to ensure high-quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Essential Functions

Supervision: Manage DSPs, including training, performance evaluations, and scheduling. Accounting: Ensure accurate management of individuals' funds. Program Implementation: Oversee and document each individual's program plan. Health & Safety: Monitor health and safety, ensure medical appointments are completed, and medications are administered properly.

Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and support staff. Compliance: Adhere to state and federal regulations, as well as Cardinal Services' policies and procedures. Environment: Create a supportive, fun environment for both individuals served and employees. Impact: Show a desire to positively impact the lives of others.

Qualifications

Preferred: Previous management experience and experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

Valid driver's license. Current auto insurance. Ability to transport individuals safely. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work in a human services setting with a favorable background check.
