Job description
The duties and responsibilities of this position include maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely and professional manner. The role involves providing positive behavior supports and individualized, evidence-based interventions. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with individuals, families, and staff to develop and implement person-centered Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) that reflect each individual's specific needs.
The position is primarily remote and does not have an assigned office location; however, the consultant will travel to individuals' homes, program locations, and other community settings as needed to provide services.
