CNC Turn- Mill setter Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turn- Mill Setter & Operator to join our advanced manufacturing team in Hungary. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in multi-axis Turn- Mill machining who can efficiently set up machines and operate them to produce high-precision components.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC Turn- Mill machines (multi-axis, live tooling, etc.) according to drawings, process sheets
• Proven operation experience machine Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets to achieve required tolerances. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.). Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers/programmers when needed. Execute precise machine setups including chucking, tool offsets, C/Y/B-axis alignment, and zero-point reference. Machine exotic materials including stainless steel, titanium,Aluminum and Inconel. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve machining processes.

Qualifications

& Experience Education High School Diploma (required) Technical/associate degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience. Preferred Experience & Technical Skills 3–5 years of Proven experience operating CNC mill-turn (multi-axis) machines.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with CNC controls.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
