About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Quality Inspector to join our precision machining customers in Israel. This role involves performing high-accuracy dimensional inspections using advanced CMM technology on complex components. Full relocation support will be provided for selected candidates from India.
Requirements
Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) such as Mitutoyo and DEA\HEXAGON,LK for precision inspection of machined components Utilize COSMOS,PC-DIMISS software, and inspection programming and data acquisition. Interpret technical engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) principles effectively.
Conduct FAI, in-process and final inspections to ensure parts comply with dimensional and quality standards. Prepare and maintain comprehensive inspection reports and documentation. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address non-conformance and drive quality improvements. M – 9844239968 Familiarity with international standards and quality processes such as SPC (Statistical Process Control) Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or Associate’s/Technical Degree/ITI in a relevant field.
Experience: 4–5 years minimum of hands-on experience in operating and programming CMMs in a precision machining or manufacturing environment. Skills & Expertise: Strong proficiency in COSMOS, PC-DIMISS software or others Solid understanding of technical drawings and GD&T. Good to strong proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with offline\online CMM programming. Experience inspecting or complex components. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Work primarily on the shop floor and QA department environments. Involves standing, walking, sitting, lifting, pushing/pulling, and occasional climbing. Rarely be willing to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends.
