Enterprise Network Systems Administrator
Job description
About the Position We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Systems Administrator (ENSA) responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, and securing enterprise network infrastructures and systems. The ENSA will work closely with network engineering teams, IT operations, and security personnel to ensure network availability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
This role involves configuring network devices, implementing security controls, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting enterprise-level technologies across multiple platforms. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes ownership of critical infrastructure operations.
Requirements
Experience +5 years of experience managing and supporting enterprise network environments. +3 years of recent experience as a Network Systems Administrator or similar role. +2 years of recent experience in security monitoring and cybersecurity operations. Experience working with large-scale enterprise network infrastructures.
Experience supporting Cisco enterprise networking technologies. Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken). Ware. Experience documenting network environments and creating technical procedures.
Experience training end users and junior IT staff. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT performance assessment methodologies. Knowledge of configuration, information, and data management best practices.
