Human Resources Assistant

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment, payroll administration, and employee-related processes. This role will play a key part in ensuring efficient HR operations and an excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. Assist with onboarding and employee documentation. Collect and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, time off, and other payroll-related information. Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Assist in preparing HR reports and ensuring data accuracy. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or payroll administration. Knowledge of recruitment processes and basic payroll practices. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Experience with ATS or HR systems is a plus.
