Job description
• Assist in key loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate Logins , loan approvals and disbursals.
- Support sales managers and their clients in the loan approval and disbursal process.
- Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to meet loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.
- Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan facilitation process.
- Maintain accurate records of loan processing activities and generate reports as required.
- Provide support to the team and assist in training new sales managers as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Hindi is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.
