Job description
We are looking for a skilled Tableau Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau. The ideal candidate must have production support experience, a strong understanding of data visualization best practices, and the ability to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business intelligence solutions while ensuring smooth production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports. Optimize dashboard performance and improve report efficiency.
Perform data validation, testing, and ensure data accuracy across reports. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements. Schedule, publish, and maintain Tableau workbooks and data sources on Tableau Server. Support production deployments and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
Create and maintain technical documentation for dashboards, reports, and production support activities. Participate in a 24×7 rotational shift schedule, including night shifts (Night Shift – Work From Home). Key Skills & Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a Tableau Developer. Mandatory: Hands-on production support experience with Tableau.
Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Good understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis. Experience in creating interactive dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions. Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard optimization. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing is an advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts (3 shifts). Apply by sending your CV to careers@cliqhr.co.in
