Staff Accountant

Country. Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property and mortgage lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking an entry level Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This in-person role, based in our Plano, TX office, offers an exciting opportunity for an individual to develop analytical skills in a high-impact environment.

The Staff Accountant is a key component of Country. Place’s accounting team, who together ensure that the accounting books and records are appropriately maintained in addition to supporting Country. Place’s loan origination and servicing operations. The accounting team works directly with the external auditors and financial reporting to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance.

This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
