This role provides an excellent blend of public hospital ENT practice and high-demand private work , allowing surgeons to build a full surgical caseload quickly while enjoying the lower cost of living and lifestyle benefits of regional Australia—without being far from a major capital city. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Provide a full range of ENT services including adult and paediatric care Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures Participate in outpatient clinics, theatre lists, and on-call rosters Work collaboratively with anaesthetics, oncology, audiology & paediatric teams Supervise registrars, trainees, and junior doctors Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement & CME ✅ Candidate Requirements Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) Specialist qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology (e.
