This is more than a traditional Family Medicine position. Physicians have the opportunity to join a partnership-based model designed to reward doctors as their practice develops, while providing the infrastructure and administrative support needed to focus on patient care. The organisation offers a progressive compensation structure where physicians initially retain 75% of billings , with the potential for this percentage to increase over time.
