Represent victims of negligence and assist in litigation and trial preparation. Work independently, maintaining organization and attention to detail. Communicate effectively as a motivated team player. Handle a high volume of cases with excellent problem-solving skills. Utilize superior computer and software skills, including Word and Outlook, with Smart.

Advocate as a plus. Work well under pressure and maintain strong interpersonal skills. Collaborate effectively with clients and staff at all levels within the office. Experience you will need: 7+ years experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury paralegal role, including substantial litigation and trial prep experience Substantial experience in litigation and trial preparation.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and great work habits. Ability to maintain a high case volume. Proficiency in computer and software skills, particularly Word and Outlook. Experience with Smart. Advocate is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure and cooperatively with clients and staff.
