We’re hiring a Head of Compliance to lead and strengthen our compliance framework within a fast-growing consumer finance company. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the business operates with the highest standards of regulatory adherence, integrity, and risk management while enabling sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s compliance strategy and framework Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards Act as the primary liaison with regulators and external auditors Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business Lead compliance risk assessments and internal investigations where needed Build and mentor a high-performing compliance team Partner closely with senior leadership to support business objectives while managing risk Requirements 5–7 years of experience in Compliance within Fin.
Tech or a relevant financial sector. Deep knowledge of FRA requirements for the Consumer Finance industry. Experience acting as the primary focal point for the FRA and regulatory bodies. Proven ability to track and fulfill FRA instructions and ensure full operational implementation.
