Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will have the primary responsibility for all operations, maintenance and repairs of building structures and equipment for assigned building(s); leverage customer relations opportunities to promote open communication and trust between Highwoods and our customers; represent Highwoods in a professional manner to our customers, vendors, and visitors; participate in and follow the guidelines of the safety program.
