POSITION SUMMARY
The Loan Origination Associate maintains one or more of the following areas: consumer check-in, commercial check-in, Consumer/Commercial/Home Mortgage/SBA/Participation boarding, loan funding, and call back of boarded loans. The Loan Origination Associate will oversee the accuracy and completeness of the consumer and commercial loan files by setting priorities, following all SOX controls, maintaining service level standards, and assisting other desks within the group as assigned by the Boarding Supervisor.
The associate may organize and conduct training for the staff, write procedures, and monitor service level standards.
