Job description
The Senior Documentation Specialist (SDS) performs final reviews of the Bank’s commercial loans to ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations related to the commercial lending function, and Bank policies and standards. The SDS documents and or provides final reviews on mid- to large-size complex loans (construction, asset-based, etc.)
and analyzes and advises Documenters, Lenders, and Special Assets team on modification to loan structure as needed to mitigate Bank risk/loss. The Senior Documentation Specialist would also work with outside counsel on any out of state transactions and any requests submitted to outside counsel (Legal Department) due to high dollar amount and or structure complexity.
