Assembler

Flowly Solutions is hiring! We are looking for motivated Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team. No prior manufacturing experience? No problem! If you enjoy active, hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and want a dependable job with on-the-job training, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Put together basic parts and components following clear, step-by-step visual instructions. Use simple hand tools and standard light equipment to complete daily product builds. Perform quick visual checks on items to ensure quality standards are met before passing them along. Collaborate with team members to keep assembly lines moving and meet daily shift targets.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal work area throughout the day. Assist with light packing or sorting duties whenever extra help is needed on the floor.

Qualifications

No previous assembly experience required. Ability to follow straightforward visual guides and basic safety instructions. Solid hand-eye coordination and comfort working with your hands. Positive attitude, strong reliability, and willingness to learn new skills. Dependable transportation to ensure prompt daily attendance.

Physical capability to stand during shift hours and comfortably lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation
