Community Support Specialist - Senior Living

The Community Support Specialist serves to assist the staff of Blakeford by answering incoming calls and routing calls to appropriate destination, assisting with clerical duties while providing customer service to residents, family members and visitors in a polite and appropriate manner. This role is 4 days per week (might include weekends) from 7:30 am - 6 pm.
