Infrastructure Engineer

Responsible for the engineering, implementation, and operation ofnetwork and NextGen firewall services that support AKC’s business systems and digital platforms. This role ensures availability, reliability, and security across infrastructure domains while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards. Operating within a shared services model, the Infrastructure Engineer collaborates across teams to deliver scalable, standardized, and well-documented platforms. The role emphasizes continuous improvement through automation, service enablement, and reduction of manual support effort. As AKC evolves its technology operating model, this position will increasingly focus on cloud-enabled services, platform engineering, and proactive service ownership.
