- Hybrid model Contact: Stephen Price | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 33 Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end assessment, triage and response for all HR-related regulatory complaints and for all HR-related escalations to the ODPO (Office of the Data Protection Officer) Support the evaluation of, and response to, potential privacy incidents and data breaches Work closely with internal teams providing data protection advice and guidance to drive continuous enhancement of the global HR privacy program Support the Payment DPO in the execution of the DPO regulatory tasks Work closely with the Global Legal Privacy Payment team providing required data protection advice and supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the payments compliance privacy program. Experience/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications UK or EU qualified Lawyer with 5+ years of privacy related legal experience. Knowledge of privacy laws and payments industry data protection standards, including UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employment law and PCI-DSS. CIPP certification in one or more jurisdictions.
