Why This Role is Unique: We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented individual to join our Human Capital team as an Intern. This is a hands-on opportunity to work alongside an experienced HC team, gaining broad exposure to how a global investment firm manages and grows its people function. The intern will be embedded within the Human Capital team, contributing to day-to-day operations and getting a well-rounded view of HR in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and build a solid foundation in human capital management. For a successful intern who demonstrates strong performance, capability and fit, the internship will lead for a full-time opportunity within the Human Capital team. What You Will Gain: Practical experience in recruitment and talent pipeline management Exposure to HR processes and operations within a global firm The opportunity to work alongside an experienced Human Capital team A strong foundation in people operations within the financial services industry Education: Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Prior internship/exposure to HR or people operations. Technical / Functional Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee documentation Good understanding of core HR processes. Ability to maintain and support operational HR workflows effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
