Job Title: Accounting Technician Employer: AG National Motors Ltd Locations: Unit 1, Larkin's Cross, Parteen, Co. Clare, V94 920N / GORMLEE, CARRIGNAVAR, CO. CORK, T34 AX52 Salary: €37,544 p.a. Hours: 40 hrs/w Responsibilities: •Preparing and reviewing multiple VAT, Tax, and other tax returns. •Processing data using accounting packages.
•Prepare accounts up to trial balance stage. •Preparing Accounts (management/year-end). •Communicate directly with suppliers to ensure information/products received and deadlines are met. •Maintains profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and other accounting records. •Preparations of different types of accounting reports.
•Ensures invoices and payments are correct and sent out on time. •Assist with payslips and employee account management.
Requirements
•Accounting Technician or related degree preferable (or coursing). •Previous experience (preferably). •Knowledge of accounting packages. •Good interpersonal and communication skills. •Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
