Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role oversees dealership finance and insurance operations, including structuring vehicle purchase and lease deals, presenting financing and protection products to customers, and ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant.
The Finance Manager analyzes financial performance, monitors key metrics, and works closely with sales leadership to optimize profitability while supporting an excellent customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with lenders, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financing programs and regulations, training sales team members on finance processes, and adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive finance, banking, or related financial services, with a strong understanding of F&I processes and dealership operations. Solid skills in financial analysis, deal structuring, and profit optimization, including familiarity with lending guidelines and credit evaluation. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain finance options and products to diverse customers.
Demonstrated proficiency in using dealership management systems, finance software, and standard office applications (e.g., Excel, Word). Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to consumer finance, privacy, and fair lending practices. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, service, and management teams, while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a dealership or financial environment is highly beneficial.
