Job description
Valor Contracting is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Crew Member to join our team. This role involves setting forms, grading and preparing materials, placing and finishing concrete, and performing various on-site tasks. Ideal candidates will have prior construction experience, be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and be physically capable of lifting 50–75 pounds.
Reliability, dedication, and a strong work ethic are essential. Forklift experience is a plus, and the ability to work into the evening to finish floors is required.
