Job description
- Monitor on-time delivery of orders placed.
- Ensuring Monthly & Weekly sales plan is achieved.
- Monitor Z9 orders & Advance pending orders for timely clearance / Advance collection.
- Conduct Project Kick-off meeting with Customers and Internal people for New & Big Orders
- Ensure periodical review of Orders for Document approval & Amendment approval.
- Monitoring and ensuring order status is sent to all major customers periodically.
- Monitor and ensure that IBR TC’s are dispatched to clients and dealers on time.
- Ensuring the Non-moving stock is diverted to possible customers.
- Ensure timely third-party inspection and obtain inspection release notes.
- Monitoring submission of final technical documents.
- Visiting Major customers periodically/conducting meetings periodically for Seamless execution of all major orders.
- Prepare necessary MIS reports. Requirement profile : Formal education : DME / BE(Mech) Professional experience (in years) : 10 – 14 years / 8 – 10 years Functional Competencies
