Lead Victim Advocate -Latina Resource Center Program (LRC)

Under the direct supervision of the Latina Resource Center Director, the Lead Victim Advocate will be responsible for the coordination of in-service trainings to enhance the delivery of victim services and maintain current with relevant advocacy best practices. Will schedule and facilitate monthly advocate meetings to promote collaboration to exchange resources, ideas and experiences within the LRC advocates and services.

The Lead Victim Advocate will collaborate with other key agencies to ensure safety, support, and independence for the participants. The Lead Advocate will participate in the 24-hour crisis line schedule by taking assigned on-call shifts.
