Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospital nursing management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Proven experience in hospital operations, staffing optimization, and quality assurance in a clinical healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), and patient safety protocols. Expertise in hospital management systems, electronic health records (EHR), and clinical documentation.

Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage high-pressure environments, prioritize tasks, and lead change initiatives. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking tools. Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required. ---
