Brand Ambassador & Visitor Services Coordinator

This position supports the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Directorate of Strategic Communications, Division of Outreach, Visitor Center (HQ USAFA/CMOV), serving as the primary Brand Ambassador and public-facing representative for the Academy Visitor Center. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for providing visitors with accurate and engaging information regarding the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, and the State of Colorado. This position independently manages daily visitor reception operations, supports special events and distinguished visitor programs, operates audiovisual systems, assists volunteer docents, and helps ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming visitor experience.
