HIM Technician

This position is responsible for helping the Medical Staff and organization meet Federal and State compliance performance standards through accurate audits and timely report of incomplete encounters. This position is also responsible for the release of information function in accordance with Federal and State laws, as well as hospital policy and procedure, admission of patients, birth certificate completion, maintaining knowledge and understanding of duties related to the processing of outpatient records, filing, retrieval, archiving, and computer input.

This is a full-time onsite position working Mon- Fri from 7:00am-3:30pm.
