Member Service Specialist/Member Service Representative

We are seeking a MSR/MSS that welcomes members to Towne. Bank and accurately handles requested transactions in a timely manner, performs a variety of teller, settlement and operational functions to keep the teller line running smoothly.

MSR/MSS will also be trained to fill in and work on the sales and service platform. The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $43,000 to $53,500. Exact compensation will be based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
