Medical Support Representative II

Medical Services Representative II provides a variety of services for patients, and visitors including: ensures that all patient referrals and records are entered into the data base on a daily basis; collects patient medical records and personal data, scans and enters data into patient charts, works with providers and medical records and referral teams to process referrals and helps patients schedule outside medical needs.

The Medical Services Representative maintains and retains superior customer service behaviors at all times to ensure patient satisfaction.
