Event Security & Guest Services Staff – Seattle Sporting Events

$21.30/Hour | Flexible Event Work | Seattle, WA Hire. Quest Direct Kent is hiring Event Security & Guest Services Staff for upcoming sporting events and major event-day opportunities throughout the Seattle area. Work in the middle of the action while supporting University of Washington Huskies football games, NFL game days, and other major Seattle-area events.

Event Locations May Include Husky Stadium – University of Washington Football Lumen Field – NFL Football & Major Events Additional major event venues throughout the Seattle metro area Assignments and locations vary based on event schedules and staffing needs.

What You'll Do

Depending on the event and assignment, responsibilities may include: Greeting guests and providing friendly customer service Monitoring assigned entrances, exits, seating areas, and event spaces Assisting with crowd management and event safety Verifying tickets and directing attendees Answering guest questions and providing directions Reporting incidents or concerns to event supervisors Supporting venue and event-day operations Maintaining a professional and welcoming presence throughout the event What We're Looking For Successful event staff are: Dependable and punctual Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public Able to remain calm and professional in busy environments Comfortable working around large crowds Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to follow event, venue, and safety procedures Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to reliably get to assigned Seattle-area event venues Able to successfully complete any required background screening Event-Ready Dress & Appearance All staff must arrive event-ready and maintain a clean, professional appearance.

Required attire may include: Black pants — no jeans, leggings, or athletic wear Black belt Black socks Black, polishable, closed-toe shoes or boots White undershirt, when applicable Assigned uniform shirt or jacket, provided when required Professional appearance expectations include: Clean and professional grooming Minimal jewelry Tattoos must comply with applicable venue/client requirements No visible headphones or personal electronics while on duty Why Event Work?
