As our Branch Supervisor of Sales, Staffing & Operations, you'll work alongside branch leadership to help grow our Kent business, develop client relationships, support our team, and keep daily operations moving.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and a clear opportunity to grow into greater branch leadership. You do not need to come from the staffing industry. - Building relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Making outbound sales calls and visiting local businesses
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Recruiting and helping place great people into jobs
- Supporting and coaching branch employees
- Responding to client staffing needs and service issues
- Helping coordinate scheduling, staffing, payroll, billing, and daily operations
- Tracking branch goals and performance
- Stepping in, solving problems, and helping the team succeed No two days in staffing look exactly alike. That's part of what makes this role fun. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you:
- Have at least two years of leadership, supervisory, sales, customer service, or business experience
- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
- Are comfortable making outbound calls and asking for business

- Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem
