RN Needed-Trach/Vent Home Care Case (Palm City, Fl) Immediate Start - Multiple hires needed

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA)is a 50 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hireRegistered Nurses (RN) in Palm City area.

As an RN, you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to implement services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for completing physical assessments and determine any patient home care needs, assist in developing and implementing that plan of care for each patient while using VNA of Florida's case management model.

Starting rate $45.00 an hour

Requirements

• 7 days a week

• Available Dayshifts 12pm-7pm

• Available Nightshifts 11pm- 5am

• Trach/Vent and GTube experience

• Some Weekend Availability

• Must have a minimum of 1-year Clinical Experience

• ICU Experience preferred
