Accountant in Cayman Islands

Join a fast growing security alarm and monitoring company in the Cayman Islands as an Accountant

• Own the financial reporting cycle, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy across revenue streams from recurring contracts and project based services
• Prepare management accounts and KPI’s, delivering insights to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with Cayman Islands regulations and support audits with accurate and timely documentation
• Manage payroll, statutory filings and pensions, keeping operations compliant and smooth
• Maintain fixed asset register, including technical equipment, IT and installations
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning with a focus on recurring revenue and operational efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to support rapid business growth
• Collaborate with operations, management, and external partners to provide financial insights and drive success Requirements
• Grade 12
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) with minimum 3 – 5 years experience in accounting
• Experience with IFRS or GAAP reporting
• Familiarity with Caymen Islands regulatory requirements preferred
• Comfortable with accounting software and ERP systems
• Skilled in recurring revenue accounting and tracking project based income streams
• Must be willing to relocate to the Cayman Islands Benefits
