POSITION SUMMARY
Retail & VM Marketing Manager is required to support market level retail business and all wholesale channels. Drive strategies based by successfully integrating the global/regional & country level framework to achieve long term brand and business objectives. Performs cross-functional role, overseeing and managing the executions of the functions including Project Management, In-store marketing, Visual Merchandising.
In charge of all store channels led by Mono & Multi Channels, this role is required to build the functional strategy, plan, and own the go-to-market execution, budget management & team management to drive sell thru & retail KPI. Enhance the shopping experience to build consumer brand loyalty to provide the best & premium retail experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-Store Marketing Build the retail strategy, seasonal & 365 plan and drive performance through the best service, experience & product presentation. In charge of Mono & Multi channels across whole marketplace. Providing comprehensive recommendations on how to create maximum impact at local retail. Maintain understanding of key accounts and drive the strategies that help the brand gain space productivity and support sell through of key initiatives with a constant focus on innovating the retail brand experience on the retail floor.
- Visual Merchandising Accountable for visual presentation in mono & multi brand doors. Objectives are to achieve consistent retail brand presentation in markets, driving higher conversion rate, ATV, UPT and maximize sell through. Responsible for building the Key Account In-Store Visual Merchandising team, to provide training to Key Account In-Store VM and accountable to ensure the executions align with NB retail directions. Support new store opening setup and collaborating with marketing, commercial and merchandising teams to provide VM support in other projects, like trade show, sales meeting etc.
- Store VM Training Accountable for elevating retail excellence by providing regular retail presentation hands-on training to key accounts and owned and operated channels. Enhance front line retail associates’ knowledge to help achieve brand and business goals. Continue to evolve the way of training to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of all training programs to a large group of front-line retail associate /retailers.
- Team, Agency & Budget Management Lead the team of instore marketing & visual merchandising to in charge of the mono & multi channels marketing Closely work with retail agency for the seamless seasonal & 365 retail roll out & execution. Manage the budget effectively to enhance the productivity of retail planning & spending. Strong requirements; multi projects & tasks management skills, strategic planning of resources, analytical skills REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS Bachelor’s degree and +10 years’ directly relevant work experience. Prior experience in athletics & sports, fashion retail industry strongly preferred. Proven experience in implementing in-store retail programs, policies, procedures and methodologies. Highly developed verbal and written English communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills.
