POSITION SUMMARY

New Balance Korea is launching its ecommerce business to deliver a premium digital experience to Korean consumers. The E-commerce Merchandising Executive plays a key supporting role in executing end-to-end product launch operations, site merchandising, and PDP enhancements. This position ensures accurate product setup, monitors inventory health, and provides foundational product performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Additionally, the associate collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and assists in reporting, process documentation, and IT-related project support to enhance site functionality and overall business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Management Support Support end-to-end product launch processes across e-commerce channels, ensuring timelines are met. Execute product setup, price updates, and launch readiness in alignment with brand and e-commerce calendars. Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag risks such as low stock or potential stock-outs.

Track product availability and contribute to improving inventory turnover. Site Merchandising Operations Execute product display, categorization, and sorting in line with merchandising strategies. Support on-site merchandising updates for launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives. Conduct regular checks to ensure product content accuracy across categories and PDPs.

Coordinate with internal teams to align product, pricing, and promotion information. Product Performance Analysis Track and report on key product KPIs (sales, conversion, sell-through, stock levels). Identify early trends and basic performance issues and share actionable insights. Support data preparation for buying, forecasting, and assortment optimization.

PDP (Product Detail Page) Enhancement Support optimization of PDP content including product descriptions, images, and size guides. Monitor PDP performance and suggest improvement opportunities. Coordinate with creative and UX teams to maintain PDP quality standards. Reporting & Monitoring Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and merchandising performance.

Maintain documentation and support ongoing process improvements for merchandising workflows. IT / Project Support Assist in e-commerce platform enhancements and product-related feature launches. Work with IT and CS teams to track and resolve product or PDP-related site issues. Participate in UAT for product setup, search, and filtering enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Digital Experience teams to improve navigation, filtering, and product discoverability. Work with merchandising, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure product information accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

FOR SUCCESS 2 to 4 years of experience in ecommerce, retail or related fields. Solid understanding of retail/ e-commerce industry and product/inventory flow. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital solutions such as SFCC, Google analytics. Comfortable working in English (business-level fluency) and collaborating cross-functionally PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES High EQ in working with cross function/cultural partners.
