Assistant Feed Mill Manager (Gothenburg, NE)

The Assistant Feed Mill Manager supports the daily operations of a company feed mill while exercising the technical, financial, safety, compliance, and leadership skills needed for future feed mill management responsibilities. This role works alongside Feed Mill Managers and mill team members to ensure proper feed manufacturing, transportation scheduling, ingredient and inventory management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and employee support.

The position develops the skills needed to maintain an efficient high-volume feed mill while maintaining a safe work environment and reinforcing a culture of caring. Travel to feed mills, finishing, and processing facilities is required.
