Job description
Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Strategic Programs Lead to help build the systems, programs, and execution engine that power client growth across the firm.
This role will report to the Client Relations & Development lead and will play a key role in operationalizing CR&D priorities across the organization. The Strategic Programs Lead will help translate strategy into action by building scalable programs, driving cross-functional execution, supporting leadership communications, and creating the structure needed to strengthen client leadership, improve alignment, and accelerate growth.
